Only federally recognized Tribal Colleges and Universities, Alaska Native-serving institutions with at least 20% Alaska Native undergraduate enrolment, and Native Hawaiian-serving institutions with at least 10% Native Hawaiian undergraduate enrolment may apply. Most eligible institutions are two-year colleges.
