Applicants must be U.S. 501(c)(3) organizations or U.S.-based Tribal Nations whose activities benefit Indigenous communities or youth. Lobbying, litigation, and direct financial support to individuals are excluded. A university-affiliated centre would need to fit the Native-led-and-serving frame the youth panel is selecting for.
