Applicants must be Indigenous organizations, community radio stations, media networks, or communicator collectives in listed eligible countries across Africa, Asia, Central and South America, and North America. Networks of Indigenous women communicators and youth and 2SLGBTQ+ groups get special consideration; this is not a fund a university applies to directly.
