VA ORD Career Development Program (CDA-1, CDA-2, CDEA)

VA-wide mentored award series. CDA-1 gives two years of entry-level support, CDA-2 covers three to five years of career development and research objectives, and the CDEA lets an established VA scientist spend up to a year acquiring a new research competency elsewhere.
