FY26 Traumatic Brain Injury and Psychological Health Research Program (TBIPHRP) Health Services Research Award

U.S. Department of Defense — Congressionally Directed Medical Research Programs (CDMRP), Defense Health Agency

Funds health services research that builds real-world evidence on deploying interventions, clinical guidelines or policies for psychological health conditions and TBI. Named focus sub-areas include suicide/sexual-assault postvention, crosscutting prevention of suicide and intimate partner and family violence, military and Family readiness, and access-to-care barriers. Community-based participatory research is required when prospectively enrolling human subjects.

Eligibility
Independent investigators at any career level, affiliated with an eligible organization; foreign and domestic, for-profit and nonprofit, public or private entities may apply, regardless of nationality or citizenship. Mentored positions (postdoctoral or clinical fellows) are not eligible as PI. Early-Career Partnering Option requires the early-career PI to be within 10 years of terminal degree.
