Eligibility
Organizations, not individuals; small and mid-sized organizations are explicitly encouraged. The current competition restricts projects to four themes (the Declaration of Independence 250th, American military valor, the American Dream and economic freedom, and America's global role), which is the binding gate for most social-welfare-history topics.
