Social welfare and social work Ph.D. students working on moral dimensions of care, faith-based service delivery, or ethics of practice fit the frame.

Doctoral candidate
Eligibility
Candidates must be ABD, with all pre-dissertation requirements including proposal approval completed by the deadline, and must be in the writing stage. Enrollment must be in a Ph.D. or Th.D. programme at an institution located in the United States, campus-based — distance learning and online programmes are not funded. International students at U.S. institutions ARE eligible. Professional doctorates (D.Min., J.D., Psy.D., Ed.D.) are NOT eligible, which excludes the D.S.W.; social work applicants must be in a Ph.D. programme.
