Medical Forensic Access Initiative
HHS Office on Women's Health (OASH)
OWH NOFO WH-AST-26-004 funds practical, data-driven and scalable projects supporting states, tribal communities, health care systems and other entities to improve access to medical forensic examinations for women and girl survivors of violence. Because the design centers data collection and systems improvement, it is a direct fit for social work researchers who evaluate sexual assault response systems and SANE capacity.
