- Applicant must be a group, organization or network led by lesbian, gay, bisexual, queer, intersex and trans people, with at least 75% of decision-making roles held by LGBTQI people, based in Benin, Burkina Faso, Cote d'Ivoire, Ghana, Liberia, Mali, Nigeria, Senegal or Togo. Legal registration is not required. A university cannot be the applicant; researchers work as partners to a grantee.
