Applicant must be a group, not an individual, that is trans-led (trans people in decision-making positions and 75% of staff, board and leadership), works primarily to benefit trans communities, and has an operating budget under USD $100,000. Groups doing only direct service without movement-building are ineligible, and a university cannot be the applicant.
