Eligibility

Applicants must be collectives led by young women and trans people (published calls specify ages 16-29 or 18-29 depending on the call), based anywhere in Colombia, with at least three members; groups with or without legal status qualify. Governmental, religious and private-sector entities are explicitly rejected, so a university cannot be the applicant — the researcher's route is as a partner to a funded collective.
