- Applicant must identify as a woman and be a US citizen, national or permanent resident. Must hold an eligible doctorate (PhD, DSW, EdD, DrPH, MSW-track equivalents listed) by May 30, 2027 and have completed it on or after August 30, 2023. Tenured professors are ineligible; research must be at an accredited US institution or an eligible international school.
