Eligibility
Applicants must identify as a woman and be U.S. citizens, nationals, or permanent residents from U.S. states, territories, or possessions. Applicants must be pursuing their FIRST doctoral degree and must begin the programme on or before September 30, 2027. Eligible degrees include the Ph.D. in all fields, plus D.Sc./Sc.D., Ed.D., S.J.D./J.S.D., D.Eng., Dr.P.H., and D.B.A. The student applies individually; the stipend is payable to the fellow.
