Organisation must have an annual budget under $150,000, be based in the U.S. or U.S. territories, and be a 501(c)(3), a federally recognised American Indian tribal government, or fiscally sponsored by an eligible organisation. Social services, legal defence, material aid and capital campaigns are not funded.
