Eligibility
Applicants must be affiliated with a California-based not-for-profit organisation. The eligible-institution list explicitly includes colleges and universities, hospitals, laboratories, research institutions, local health departments, community-based organisations, voluntary health agencies, health maintenance organisations and tobacco control organisations. US citizenship is not required, but the institution must be located in California. For-profit community-based organisations may participate as Co-Investigators on partnered awards rather than as the lead applicant.
