An annual prize to ten social-impact leaders, giving unrestricted funding plus a two-year visibility, growth-strategy and leadership programme. Winners are surfaced by nomination and then invited to apply.

Eligibility
Applicant must be 18+, serving as Executive Director, CEO, Founder or equivalent of a registered nonprofit in good standing (U.S. 501(c)(3) or international equivalent) with capacity to manage unrestricted funds; organisations with annual budgets of roughly $2M-$10M are the stated target, with exceptions considered. Entry is by nomination followed by an invitation to apply.
