Eligibility
Applicants must be citizens and residents of low- or middle-income countries as defined by World Bank criteria, and must either have earned a PhD within the past seven years while working in an LMIC or be currently enrolled in a graduate program there. Scholars from LMICs who study or work in developed nations are excluded. SRA membership is required (free for eligible LMIC members), and only applicants whose research submission is accepted into the SRA program can be considered.
