SozialMarie Prize for Social Innovation

Fifteen annual prizes totalling EUR 50,000 for implemented, currently running social innovation projects in Central and Eastern Europe. Unusually open: individuals, companies, NGOs, and public administration may all submit.

Eligibility

Projects run by private individuals, commercial companies, the social economy (civil society initiatives, NGOs, NPOs, associations), and public administration are eligible. The project must be implemented and currently active - completed projects and untested ideas are rejected. Eligible countries are Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, and Slovenia. Submissions must be completed in both the national language of the submission area and in English.
