Eligibility
The applicant must be an approved Norwegian research organisation — an individual researcher, a municipality or a voluntary organisation cannot be the grantee, though they can be a partner. The project manager must hold an approved doctoral degree or equivalent. Collaborating partners must be Norwegian research organisations or equivalent foreign research organisations, so a non-Norwegian team joins as partner to a Norwegian host.
