Group must be located in New York City's five boroughs or listed Hudson Valley and upstate counties (Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, Orange, Dutchess, Ulster, Sullivan, Columbia, Greene, Delaware, Rensselaer, Albany, Schoharie), with an organizational budget under $800,000. Groups without 501(c)(3) status may apply but must secure a fiscal sponsor before an award is finalized.
