Large multi-year support for new and existing formal partnerships advancing research, research training and knowledge mobilization. Two-stage: a letter-of-intent stage, then a full application.

- Held at a Canadian postsecondary institution eligible to administer SSHRC funds, with formal partner organisations. Stage 2 is open only to applicants successful at Stage 1, so a first-time applicant must enter at the February Stage 1 deadline.
