Eligibility

Open to organizations and individuals in the community, including university researchers, so a faculty applicant can be the lead. Submit a statement of interest at least 30 days before any submission deadline covering goals, partners, DHCF's proposed role and timeline. Data requests involving personal health information require a Business Associates Agreement or Data Use Agreement plus documentation of IRB approval. DHCF may decline or discontinue a partnership at any point.
