Eligibility
Any group can create a Collective; collectives themselves are free to use and pay no platform fee. To hold money a Collective must be accepted by a fiscal Host (a legal entity), and Host organizations pay the platform's plan pricing. Because hosts set their own acceptance criteria, a university is normally the partner or payee rather than the account holder.
