National Ataxia Foundation Research Grants and Fellowships (FY2027)
NAF runs seven parallel mechanisms on one calendar, spanning the whole career ladder: a Graduate Research Fellowship, a Pre-doctoral Fellowship aimed at diversity, a Post-doctoral Fellowship, an Early Career Investigator Award, a Research Seed Money Grant, the Pioneer SCA3 Translational Award and the Michael Lundquist MSA-C Grant. The Foundation funds basic, translational and clinical ataxia research. It does not say on this page whether patient and caregiver quality-of-life studies qualify, so confirm scope with staff before writing a psychosocial proposal.
