Eligibility
Applicants must hold a PhD at the call deadline and are subject to a maximum ceiling of post-PhD research experience plus a mobility rule — the researcher cannot have resided or worked in the host country for more than a limited period in the years immediately before the deadline. Nationality is not a gate. The application is submitted jointly with the host organisation, which must be established in an EU Member State or Horizon-associated country (Global Fellowships add an outgoing phase elsewhere).
