Open to nonprofit organizations, federally recognized Tribes, local units of government and the State of Michigan. Applicants must be IRS tax-exempt with current audited financials or a Form 990 and at least one FTE staff member. Organizations need not be Michigan-based but all project activity must occur in Michigan. Clinical research is excluded.
