Institutional Challenge Grant
Funds university-based research institutes, schools or centers to build a sustained research-practice partnership with a public agency or nonprofit, including child welfare agencies, on reducing inequality in outcomes for youth ages 5-25. Covers joint planning, a mid-career fellowship, partnership research and institutional change.

- $650k (total award)$650,000 over three years, including up to $60,000 for a nine-month joint planning period and up to 15% indirect costs. The university must fund a third year of the fellowship itself. A two-year continuation is possible.
