Nonprofit, community-based organizations working primarily in Maine that serve immigrant communities and prove immigrant-led status by meeting at least 2 of 3 criteria (50% immigrant key staff, 50% immigrant board, or 50% immigrant community-facing staff/volunteers). A university cannot be the applicant; researchers participate as partners to a grantee.
