Eligibility
Awards go to consortia, not individuals: Research and Innovation Actions normally require at least three independent legal entities from three different EU Member States or Horizon-associated countries. Universities, research institutes, NGOs, public authorities and companies can all be beneficiaries, so a community organisation can hold a share of the grant in its own right rather than only subcontracting. Check the specific topic in the work programme for extra conditions.
