Eligibility
Institutional, and demanding: the applicant institution must show four or more Center members holding combined grant funding of at least $3 million per year in direct costs, with at least 50% of that from NIH, and each qualifying award must have at least one full active year remaining at submission. Only ONE application per institution is permitted, which makes this a limited-submission competition internally at most universities. Foreign organizations and non-U.S. components are NOT eligible.
