- Applicant must be a legally registered organisation of persons with disabilities (or a group with a fiscal sponsor) based in a target country, with persons with disabilities forming the majority of staff, board and volunteers, and carrying out most activities in that country. Universities and non-OPD NGOs cannot be the applicant. Coalition grants require 3+ OPD-led organisations.
