A grantmaking collaborative in which persons with disabilities sit on the bodies that decide grants, funding organisations of persons with disabilities in the Global South to advance the CRPD, including their own advocacy research and documentation.

Eligibility
Applicant must be a legally registered organisation of persons with disabilities (or a group with a fiscal sponsor) based in a target country, with persons with disabilities forming the majority of staff, board and volunteers, and carrying out most activities in that country. Universities and non-OPD NGOs cannot be the applicant. Coalition grants require 3+ OPD-led organisations.
