Delta States Rural Development Network Program

Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), Federal Office of Rural Health Policy

Funds the planning, development and implementation of integrated rural health care networks across the eight Mississippi Delta Region states, to expand access, coordinate care, improve quality and health outcomes, and strengthen the rural health system. Network partners typically include community-based organisations.

Eligibility

Domestic public or private, non-profit or for-profit entities, including faith- and community-based organisations, tribes and tribal organisations. The applicant may sit in a rural or urban area but must show experience serving, or capacity to serve, rural populations in Alabama, Arkansas, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri or Tennessee, and must not have had a prior award under 42 U.S.C. 254c(f) for the same or similar project.
