Delta States Rural Development Network Program

- Domestic public or private, non-profit or for-profit entities, including faith- and community-based organisations, tribes and tribal organisations. The applicant may sit in a rural or urban area but must show experience serving, or capacity to serve, rural populations in Alabama, Arkansas, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri or Tennessee, and must not have had a prior award under 42 U.S.C. 254c(f) for the same or similar project.
