Eligibility

Three applicant types: BIPOC-led grassroots organizations with budgets at or under $250,000 (501(c)(3) or fiscal sponsor), BIPOC artists/creatives, and BIPOC researchers with an ongoing project or defined proposal. Individuals may apply; US-based only. Universities are not named as eligible applicants, so the route is the individual BIPOC researcher, not the institution.
