Wisconsin Partnership Program, University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health

Eligibility
Wisconsin organisations only. Community Capacity grants are restricted to smaller or newer organisations, defined as those with under $500,000 in annual expenses or nonprofits that obtained tax-exempt status after 1 January 2021. Community Impact grants require demonstrated community leadership of the project and a partnership addressing social determinants of health; a university cannot lead these as the applicant and would join as an academic evaluation partner to a community grantee.
