Applicants are community organisations, not universities — a social work researcher participates as an evaluation or documentation partner to a grantee, never as the grantee. The funder's programme page does not itself publish the eligibility gate: it directs applicants to review the CCHD grant criteria, guidelines and policies and to contact a diocesan Grant Specialist, who determines eligibility.
