Communities of Color Nonprofit Stabilization Fund (CCNSF)
A capacity-building fund run by Latino, Black and Asian umbrella organisations for NYC nonprofits of colour. Evaluation systems and management information systems are named eligible project areas, so it can pay for building an organisation's own data and evaluation capacity.

Fiscal sponsors are not allowed and universities cannot apply; a researcher participates as the consultant or evaluation partner a grantee hires.
