CODESRIA Meaning-making Research Initiative (MRI)
Council for the Development of Social Science Research in Africa (CODESRIA)
CODESRIA's flagship research grant strand, funding interpretive and explanatory research on African social realities and futures, with diversity and gender treated as central rather than optional questions. Applications may be individual or from groups of three to five members drawn from one country or several, which makes it a genuine vehicle for cross-border francophone-anglophone West African teams.
