Eligibility
Open to organisations anywhere in the world with a proposal benefiting San Francisco, in any subject area. Applicants must first complete the competition's Organization Readiness Tool, then register before submitting; the page does not itself state nonprofit-status or university restrictions, so confirm through the readiness tool and application portal. Applications pass through administrative review, a participatory review in which other applicants score proposals, and an expert evaluation panel.
