Mark AI-written records: a PAN Lab lever

What it is

A signed record does not tell its reader who wrote it. When a practitioner signs a note that the system drafted, the next reader sees the practitioner's signature and assumes the practitioner's judgment. A provenance label keeps the difference visible, between what the practitioner wrote and what the practitioner signed.
